At Zaans, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and timelines for deliveries from our store to your doorstep.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, courier delays, or festive rush.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹70 applies to orders below ₹999.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional ₹50 COD handling fee.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.


6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. A re-shipping fee may apply if you wish to have it sent again.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered, or opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Contact our Customer Support immediately at zaansformula@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 7770055599 with your order ID and photos of the package.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Strikes

  • Lockdowns

  • Natural disasters

  • Political disruptions
